How to File a Catastrophe Claim
Filing a claim after a catastrophe or severe weather event is really no different than after a fender-bender. Claims can be filed online, over the phone, and on the mobile app. In the event of a large-scale catastrophe, our GEICO Catastrophe Response (CAT) Team may be out in the field helping customers file claims and providing help to those in need.
