What does mobile device protection cover?

Your mobile device protection plan covers any smartphone or tablet. Plus, you'll have seamless access to ongoing coverage if you need to switch coverage to another device if you register through our app. If your device is damaged or you experience a failure, we'll pay to have your device repaired or replaced.

  • How do I make a claim?
    You can easily start a claim through the Warranty Life mobile app or on the Warranty Life Claims page.
  • What devices do you cover?
    We cover any smartphone, smartwatch or tablet device, including major brands like Apple and Samsung.
  • When does coverage start?
    Coverage begins immediately upon registration using the Warranty Life app or after 30 days of purchase in the case where you don't register.
  • How do I cancel my existing coverage?
    Coverage available may be different or duplicate coverage with an existing carrier. You should compare your existing plan with this offer to make an informed decision. This plan does not cover loss or theft. If you wish to cancel your coverage with another carrier, you can contact your existing carrier below.
    • To cancel coverage for AT&T, Verizon, Samsung, Amazon or Cricket contact Asurion.
    • To cancel coverage for T-Mobile call 1-800-T-MOBILE.
    • To cancel coverage for AppleCare. Use your mobile device and go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > AppleCare > Cancel Subscription or contact Apple Support.
